enjoyed the hotel very much, clean and the people were very friendly, and we had early check in. The only thing is there was construction down the street as there is all over NYC and walking under the tarped sidewalks was a little creepy, but nothing to do with the hotel. Only slight complaint is the elevator, need more than 2.

No hot water regardless of time-of-day. Was told by staff I had to turn on both sink & shower, let it run for 1/2 hour to get hot. Never did get hot. Also told this was typical of ALL hotels everywhere. I am platinum member (75 plus nights/year) at other (M) hotel chain. Told him this and he more or less told me I was wrong!! Also only three hangers in closet. View out the window was of construction 10 feet away from window. Staff not very responsive to repeated requests for things that should have been handled easily.

Definitely the in and out dive of Manhattan, if your in town to be cost effective " Friendly staff and clean rooms for the indivual that does not need inhouse services. Three blocks away from all the time square attractions. Be advise to carefully review the hotels policies including parking,that this hotel fails to advertise for in & out privileges. Stay was well deserve the ratings it receives for the services offerred . The more competitive Ny becomes with lodging, changes to the incentives hotels offerer would definitely benefit those repeated clients to a longevity relations . Thanks Ben Graciani from Revere Ma

The GF and i got a room for 3 nights and were very pleased with the room quality. Queen bed-comfortable, nice flat screen TV, the kitchenette is a added plus if you want to cook a meal or two to save money. Location was excellent probably 5 blocks to Times-Square. Not being able to check-in till 3:30 was a little hassle but they held the bags and then gave us a room with a better view of NYC. There are also a lot of small places to eat and drink only 1/2 a block towards the Hudson, could be eating from your room in 3 minutes. Enjoyed our stay.

Property was very convenient to Times Square and subway. The rest of the block is under construction, so it was a little spooky at night coming back from 8th Ave. I wish they had the elevators programmed with room key access. This may be the quietest hotel I've ever stayed in New York City, and my room was facing the street. Full kitchen is nice. No maid service or restaurant in hotel were the only drawbacks.
